Robin Hood Rally

I see at least two Minis (2nd gen, one red, one blue) in the Robin Hood Rally. Anyone that's on NAM? How is it going so far?

Love that one photo of the red Mini catching air!

I'm a big skeptic of the Robin Hood Rally. I started getting solicitation emails a couple of years ago from them to join their "program." Participants had to buy their way into it, can't remember the entry fee but it was pretty stiff from what I remember, like $25K. Common sense tells me that a "reality show" which is how they were pitching it that requires the "actors" to pay to be on it, is not very well financed. Do you really think American Idol, or hell even Real Housewives of Orange County requires people to pay to be on it? Anyway I thought the emails would stop if I didn't reply to them but I kept getting them. I finally replied to I guess one of the producers asking them to take me off their email list and voicing my concerns about their tactics. I got a nasty reply back from him basically calling me an idiot for not wanting to participate and probably only because "I couldn't afford it."....and yet I still get their emails...sigh...
Anyway, it's up and running now apparently in some form, and they're claiming to have a tie in now with Versus network, home of Bull Riding TV, so I wish them well. If their entrants keep crashing on public roads though, I see a quick response from the authorities.

I am just bummed that I didn't know this was up here in NH. I would have loved to see Per Olaf's car (pre-crash, of course).

I admit that i was taken aback when good 'ol WMUR's page came up. I thought I was being rickrolled.....

$25k, I believe that's about how much you have to pay to be on Bullrun.
