Ok so my MINI has been kind of a pain since I got it. I am wondering if it is because I am calling it a girl.

How do you determine if your mini is a girl or a boy? I know many guys who have named their minis with male names but it just seems weird to me for a car to be male unless there is a female owner/driver.

I have not chosen a name yet but am wondering if my MINI doesnt like that I am thinking of girl names...

Weird I know but I am sure there are people out there that understand. I do not know if the original owner was female or male but I am the second owner.

any thoughts? please help! I love my MINI and want to find a name that it will like and not be mad at me for. (mad = problems)

You're MINI is definitely NOT a Girl...HE is trying to tell you something...Go MOTOR and find out a bit more about your Little guy and HIS Name will come to you!!

 

My current MINI is a girl, my original MINI was a boy. Itercide told me he was a boy when he went cruising by the police officer. Alyssa told me she was a girl when I went to take her off the lot and she was being finiky about leaving.

 

Look underneath in the back to determine the gender. If you find two...

Obie told me his name while I was building him on the configurator. Who was I to argue?

 

I let my Granddaughters do the naming. Wife's Jag is Delilah, the R56 is Percival (they are reading the lightning thief ), Percy for short.

 

MY first MINI was a He, but was fairly androgynous about the whole thing. My new MINI is most certainly a He. Heck, even my grandson's Baby MINI is a He.
The point is, these cars have gender and personality. You need to stop emasculating him and he'll come around.

My little Boomer r56 is definitely a girl. Shes a little diva at times - likes the bling and is high maintence. My husbands r52 named Harley is definitely a boy. Hes a little rougher and makes burble fart noises.

Nope. It's a car, it may even be a lifestyle...but it doesn't have a gender.
