For th past 3 days I've tried to access the owner's lounge at miniusa.com with no luck. It allows me to log in but then I keep getting the message "...unable to complete your request at this time. Please try again later". Anyone else having this problem?

 

I am able to log in no problem.

 

I logged in a few hours ago, no problem.

 

I've had trouble before and even contacted MINIUSA. They finally just had me start all over again from scratch. I logged in tonight just fine however.

 

You guys have a lounge south of the border? I checked MINI Canada........"Nothing"........now I feel neglected

When I try to register is says it can't proceed and I have to call them between 9am-9pm EST...is this normal??

 

I got an email from them telling me it was going to go down for a few days.

 

Here is the email I got so it should be back online now:

"MINI Financial Services will undergo system maintenance from 12 am (EDT) on Sunday August 14th to 6 am (EDT) on Monday August 15th. During this timeframe both the automated phone system and the MINI Owners' Lounge website will be unavailable. Please plan accordingly if you need to manage your account during this timeframe. We apologize for the inconvenience."

As an error when I try to register...I'll have to call later.

 

I purchased my US spec Mini in Germany and the Mini Owners Lounge doesn't even recognize my VIN. So, I'm unable to join. Anyone have a contact number to reach them?
