What would my MINI worth?

What do you think my MINI is worth in a private sale and for trade in? I know as a trade-in, the value would go down due to mods.

2004 PW/PW (black mirror caps) MINI Cooper S ~75K miles w/ no dings over the size of a dime (2 or 3 minor dings) and no scratches. Just normal specks/chips from rocks/debris on the front hood. No stripes. Oil and filter is changed every 5,000 to 7,500 miles with Royal Purple. The inside is clean with very few scuff marks. No stains.

-Cold weather package. (Heated spray nozzles, mirrors and seats.)
-Convenience package(?).
-Sunroof
-Harmon Kardon.
-Leather Seats w/ lumbar in very good condition.
-Aero kit (less then a year old)
-DSC
-Halogen
-16" X-Lites

Mods:
-Blacked out chrome. (Plasti-dipped scuttles, gas cap. AC Handles and headlight rings. Vinyl tape belt-line)
-JCW Carbon Fiber/Alcantara shift ****.
-Radar detector hard wire.
-Helix 17% SC pulley.
-Brisk 14LGS plugs.
-Kingsbourne wires.
-M7 STB
-Alta V2.0 Intake w/ silicone hose
-SuperSprint exhaust w/ out mid pipe.
-EBC Greenstuff brake pads (front).
-Hotchkis rear 25MM hollow sway bar.
-ClutchMasters Fx400 clutch.
-ClutchMasters aluminum flywheel.
-HID Conversion kit (soon to be back to halogens, these kits suck.)
-LED Driver/turn signal lights.

Included:
-D.T. Bypass valve. (not installed)
-Boost gauge and volt gauge with custom mount. (not installed)
-Set of 17" O.Z. Superleggeras with Yokohama summer tires. 2 are bald and needs to be replaced.
-PW stock front bumper, scratched rear bumper and side skirts.
-Stock rear sway bar.
-Stock top and middle grill.

My ball park guess is around $12,000 to $13,000 private party and $11,000 trade in. This is for the Boston, MA. area. What does everyone else think?

That seems like a good price. But may I ask why you are selling. Hopefully its because you are going to get a new 2010???

I'm thinking of getting another MINI when I graduate... for now, I'm a bit worried about the up coming maintenance issues. Things that are prone to failure that I can't afford:

-Window Motors
-Supercharger
-Power Steering Pump and Fan
-Bushings
-Engine Mount

Yeah I know what you mean. I just had a $600 repair that included a new valve cover gasket, power steering leak fix, and new lower control arm bushings. I'm also on unemployment right now and am nowhere near making enough to pay for my monthly bills.... Yet I just dished out $400 on new mods and things for the MINI. Couldn't help myself.
