Has anyone ordered from Todd lately? If so, did you get your badge? I ordered one on Feb 7th, sent a follow up email on Feb 15th about the status of my order, and still nothing....No badge, no email replies, nada.

 

Same here......I ordered 6 badge special - nothing yet, but hoping for mail. $$ was processed so I'm thinking they're on the way.

 

I ordered two badges just after Christmas, and I received them at the end of January. I am in Toronto, and they came from Kansas.

 

Hmmm....mine has showed completed through PayPal since Feb 8th....so the money was transferred on that end, strange. And I know he's around, they just did another whiteroofradio cast.

 

Another Hmmm...Kansas to Colorado, a bordering state. I can usually mail to and from my sister in Wichita two days or less on a letter size envelope. (and 1 badge can't be any more than that)

Guess I'm one to fall in a crack somewhere, and maybe they don't like answering emails. Probably just order another badge somewhere else, and if this one happens to show up by summer, bonus.

 

I ordered from Todd a while back and a looooong a** wait is part of the process.

Just make sure you dispute the payment through Paypal before the 45 days is up or you lose any chance of getting your $ back.

 

I have ordered from Todd many times and have always had excellent and fast service. I ordered the six pack on January 27th and it arrived by February 2nd. I ordered more on February 3rd and they have not arrived. I hope everything is OK. He has always been very reliable. Perhaps it is a production problem or he has been under the weather?

 

I live about 30 minutes from him and it took about a month to get badges from him. LOL

 

i've ordered a couple on the weekend...the payment went through paypal, just hope i get them!

 

You'll get your stuff it just takes forever and emails won't work. I don't think he reads them.

 

Not true - I sent Todd an email - he responded to me within an hour. I put my order in on Feb. 9 and he told me they were shipped this past weekend, so I'm expecting them by Saturday. He has always responded to my emails & I haven't had any problem with deliveries.

 

Got the very first email from Todd today, after 3 weeks and 3 attempts to contact. Said he re-shipped my order, because it appears the first order was lost in transit. Who knows really, he's the only one to know if it was shipped previous. Time will tell I guess, not that far from KC to DEN.

Remember with Paypal, your payment is sent when you click to process the order, taking funds from whichever account you have linked to it. The recipient of the funds does not need to do anything.

 

Been ordering club badges and stickers from Todd for many years. Sometimes it is fast, sometimes not. Had a package rejected in shipping once (too much weight for the package).

Todd has always made good on his products and they have always been excellent quality.

Hang in there, send another e-mail if you like. I'm sure you'll get your stuff and enjoy it..

Got mine today as well, so looks like life is back to norm.

 

It took a while to get mine. But they are excellent quality. I would rather wait and get perfect looking ones than get some junk ones fast.

 

True, it is a nice badge...pictures don't do it justice. Got a black and brushed metal UJ...it's nice.

 

ace, glad to hear people are happy with these. Ordered from Cooper Flags a week ago but not had any payment taken and they're not replying to emails....maybe i'll end up with 2 R50 badges

 

The cooper flag badges are awesome My favorites out of the grill badges I've got.

 

My badges arrived today. As usual they are wonderful; clear and bright colors and just the right bling for my baby! Thanks again Todd. He even followed through with one badge that I had ordered two of the last time and only one was shipped in error. Todd is a great source of badges and very reliable. Patience grasshopper.

Ooh, Todd has some new ones again....

 

FYI my order also took about a month. Todd blamed USPS, on the third try he just sent it priority mail and it finally arrived. Not sure why he was having so much trouble, really.

 

Just got mine a few days ago. Took 2-3 weeks, same as my brothers order. Good stuff
