Street Parkers

Im still in the looking stages of my Mini search but im trying to make sure I really do cover ever bace. One of those baces is that where I currently live I have to park on the street and while its not the ghetto its also not the best street in town (all rentals, some being a little shaddy). its a oneway side street that connects to major streets in my citys downtown, medium foot traffic and lots of cars bombing down it. is there anything that anyone can think of why this would be bad.

Are minis prone to keyings, spitting, breaking into? I do live next to a small music shop and one of the owners drives an 07 MC but he/she doesnt live in the building so its not there over night.

My wife and I both have MINIs. Me a "S" and her a Clubman. We live in the city and park in a alley. We both have alarms. That will not always deter everything. We keep our cars clear of everything in site. But I do that anyway. A garage for them is one our list to build in the next year or so. I would not worry to much about that.
