Beware... Europeanplates.com

i know this was posted before but im seriously at the end of my rope with this business...i know they are registered on here...basically it goes like this...ordered a custom euro plate from www.europeanplates.com back in early august...they said it would take time for a custom one which is fine...in the weeks following i would send an email and get a reply back in about 24hrs...then i got an email from them at the end of september that it was due to be shipped...my email took a dump and i lost the tracking info...i sent them an email asking about the status...no reply...i contacted my command where i was having it shipped to...they said it was returned to sender(new kid in admin)...then began the emails and phone calls to try and find out what happened...i got nothing back...every time i called i would get a auto reply that this phone wasnt set up for voicemail...it took me contacting paypal and raising a complaint then no less than 30mins after i sent it i get a email from this company saying that it was returned....i sent a reply asking for it to be reshipped to the same address....that was a couple weeks ago and no reply...no tracking no answer...NOTHING

guys and gals if you want a europlate do yourself a favor and dont order from them...with these business practices i have no idea how they are still in business

My girlfriend got her custom euro plate from there without any problems. She had it shipped to my house, it actually got here pretty fast. Just sharing our experience with them.

Sorry to hear about your troubles though... hope you get it sorted out.

I bought a front (white) and rear (yellow) set and got it in about 7 days. I improperly mounted rear and lost it on Mulholland Drive. I ordered another one and it took like 3 months to get it? Hit or Miss I guess?
