Their self congratulating QA process considers the issue to come up once or twice per hundred purchasing customers; they fail to consider those who won't ever be a purchasing customer if they don't step up and create a properly sized product.
I sent them the same pictures and explained my grievance; their response was basically it is what it is, and nobody else has a problem with our work. It should be noted that MMG was recently bought by 3M so they could corner the market on vehicle decal wraps.

If they don't fix it and send me new ones, I'll probably try to stretch the dash one after heating it with a hair dryer. Then i'll just have to tell people the lines aren't straight because the flag is waving. I'm not convinced that the steering wheel surround can be sufficiently stretched sideways to fill the gap.

The whole idea was a reasonably priced mod that could be returned to stock if I sold the mini, unlike painting the dash

This is the main complaint I hear about Mini Motoring Graphics is that the stuff they send never fits to the edge. I'm not a fan of the vinyl they use but that's more user preference (I deal with vinyl a lot)

Hi Guys in the UK we have a fab company called Sign My Ride which our club members use a lot. Theron does really cool work, he has pre made stuff but can also make things up based on your own ideas.
Many members use him including myself, will post pics below of my black jacks he did for my clubbie. Nice guy, cool graphics. Miff

He does all our club numbers too.

Nice Brit-punk graphic!

In other news, MMG wrote back, they want the measurements of how far the pieces are off so they can try to fix it (I read it as they want to fix the template) so they can send me a new one. I'm trying to accurately measure and record the differences so they can get it right for future customers.

Stay tuned...
