Does anyone know when going with the Mini Select financing option how the Tax is determined at closing? I live in Florida, my tax is 6.5%, do I pay on full purchase price ?Not a straight purchase or lease, any info would be helpful...

 

I live in Washington State, but purchase my MINI in Oregon. Who, of course charged WA Tax 8.5%, but on the Full Purchase Price. I was SHOCKED since I put $10,000 down on the carf ($1,000 Deposit and $9,000 Cashier's Check). You can either talk to your Dealer or perhaps call DMV in FL.
