Hi everyone,

i ordered my MINI last Wednesday and was promised to get a call back for my Credit on Thursday. I called the Dealership several times on Thursday, Friday and Today and left Voicemails. How can i make changes on my specs if nobody calls me back. Unfortunately it seems like that they are not interested in my business.

Did somebody had the same experience with that Dealership?

Does somebody know what the average financing rate it for an excellent credit?

I hope you guys have better experience because that takes the fun out of buying a mini.

 

Call back and ask for the General Manager. Tell him your problems. He should care because his income is based on the number of cars he sells.

250 miles for a dealership that cares? That's less than 4 hours, you'll spend that in frustration anywhere else!

(you're a little far... the dealership only offers rides home within a 150 mile radius. Yes, seriously. One-hundred-fifty, just to make sure there's not a typo... Love these guys!)

 

Wow thats impressive. I payed already $500 i have to see if i could get it back. After i called the sales manager today the sales person finally called me back.
