Firefox users--problem with MINIUSA.com?

about two weeks ago MINIUSA.com stopped loading in firefox on both my work and home computers. Anyone else have this problem? I'm not sure if it's a firefox problem, flash problem or what, but it's messing up my ability to obsessively create my mini clubman over and over! I don't want to have to use IE just to make my MINI.

Hmmm... it's working fine on my machine at home and at work. Maybe you need to re-install Firefox.... ? Good luck... going without access to the configurator is a hardship nobody should have to bear!

I have had the same problem. It even effects my ability to print postage from my home computer now. I have had to download Internet Explorer and use that to peruse MINIUSA, as well as other sites. Had no idea Firefox was the problem until a computer savvy friend came to my rescue. Don't know why or how to fix, or if everyone has the problem.

Don't know about fire fox but . . . . . all of a sudden NAM decided it didn't like my accelerator! I use IE by the way. Tried going into NAM and it trashed the whole internet availability until I shut the machine down and re-booted. Have they changed something?

Started getting the above msg with firefox v2.0.0.14 here. I just set the homepage on IE to NAM and only use IE to view NAM.

As a MINIUSA OLer (Owner's Lounge talker), I can say that I have been having problems with the entire site every couple of days because Nigel has been toying around with the design... there's even a thread on there directed to Nigel to get the site fixed

When you have Firefox open, go to: Tools---> Clear Privacy Data---> Make sure to click on the "Cookies" box---> Then, click on the "Clear Privacy Data Now" button below.

Then try the sites again

Worked for me when I was getting errors on here at NAM last week.

You can select the cookies you want to remove instead of all of them. For the NAM issue I do this... (sub in any website with issues)
When you clear the cookies, just search for the NAM cookie. I have to do it once a week at least.

Tools
Options
Go to Privacy Tab
Select "Show cookies"
In the search field type "northamerican" no quotes
Select and remove those cookies

Then all you need to do is re-enter the password for this site and not everything else.

Hopefully someone tech savvy will figure out what the bug is.
