How to resolve issues associated with the Nov 25, 2005 site upgrade

Now that a few days have past and I've seen what type of issues have come up I wanted to recap them and their solutions:

Problem: Emoticons don't appear/can't be placed, Post editor behaves strangely

Solution: Clear your browser's cache. Many of the javascript files used for the site are stored in your browser's cache. As these have been updated with the site upgrade you need the browser to retrieve new versions. Here is the process of clearing your cache for various browsers:

Firefox (OS X): Firefox->Preferences->Privacy...Clear Cache
Safari (OS X): Safari->Empty Cache...Empty
Mozilla (OS X): Mozilla->Preferences->Advanced->Cache...Clear Cache
Netscape (OSX):Netscape->Preferences->Advanced->Cache...Clear Cache

IE (Windows): Tools->Internet Options->General In Temporary Internet Files section click on Delete Files....OK
Mozilla(Windows): Edit->Preferences->Advanced->Cache...Clear Cache
Netscape(Windows): Edit->Preferences->Advanced->Cache...Clear Cache
If your browser isn't listed above use its online help and search for "cache". There should be some information provided on how to clear it.

Problem: IE 5 on Mac does not display site correctly
Solution: IE 5 is no longer supported on the Mac and it does not fully support javascript or style sheet standards. Please upgrade to the latest version of Firefox or Safari. You'll be pleased to find the site has lots of dynamic features that were never visible in IE.

Problem: Don't remember my password or username
Solution:
If you've forgotten your password just click on the link next to "Forgot your password", enter the email address you registered with, and a password reset email will be sent to you. Follow the directions and you'll be back online quickly.
