It's Alive!!

I had to take my Mini out of storage this morning. While driving my Land Rover is great in the winter, I longed to be back in a small nimble car again. It has been in storage since Thanksgiving.

Even though the commute was only 6 miles to work, it felt good to drive it again.

I don't store mine. Yeah, I know it's salty and grungy and needs a good bath (which it's getting today) but it's a car - and a very good, versatile car. I almost wish I had a winter car or truck, but we've got the MiniSupportVehicle (Honda Odyssey on snows) and a VW Cabrio on snows, and the Mini on snows, and it's enough to keep up with the maintenance on THAT fleet let alone something else... thought there's this 1966 Ford shortbed pickup for sale near me that'd be great big dirty fun...

Congrats on a fun drive! I get one every day
