What a sight to behold after work!

Saw this after I left work yesterday. Mine's the CR on the right. I looked up, and there they were, all getting along nicely. This can't be a coincidence. It made my day!

Nice. It's always fun to try and park next to other MINIs. Kind of a way of ensuring you do not get a door ding.

First off, what rims do you have?
Second, were they all Cooper s's? The others look like there non-s

If all is true that makes the pic even better. All the same Just about Identical..

Awesome Picture..

I will deliberately park next to another MINI. Whenever I see another MINI I get excited.. I smile, wave, follow, pull up aside, whatever I can do. If he is parked on the other side of the parking lot... Well, I have a long walk now dont I??

Thanks all, glad you enjoyed it. It put a smile on my face the whole trip home. By the way, when I left the car there in the AM, neither of the other MINIs were there, so they did seek me out!

The middle was a 2007 (or '08 I guess) Cooper, the left was an R53, and mine is as well. They all had different rims!

There is a guy that works in my building that parks next to me when he can.

Is it a flock, or a gaggle?

A nice and fun surprise, regardless!

You're right, I always park next to a MINI (or a Mini) every chance I can. The only time that I can count on it, though, is Saturday morning at the gym.

There is a nice Blk on Blk Convert MCS at my work that I'll park next to.

Over the weekend I pulled into a spot right next to a spankin' new R56 at a restaurant.

Was a funny scene, as I'm always running around with my wife and young son and people are always amazed when we hop out of the car... (Windows are tinted - and I'm 6'3"). Sure enough, there were 3 adults hoping out of the R56... so we took note!

Then the driver commented that I had nice taste; his wife chime'd in that their mini was brand new.... I said it was very nice (it was!) and had great new car shine.

Then.... the gentleman said "...and mine's faster than yours." I quickly stated "only if your warranty isn't intact!"

Ended up sitting adjacent to them and chatting on the side.... was good fun!

That is great! I love parking next to other MINI's! My friend and I make sure we point out every MINI we see when to go places. There are actually A LOT around!

It is things like that, that set "us" out of the ordinary. A "special breed" you can call it but it the fact you can talk to a complete stranger that has the same good taste as you.. Its a special thing, that only TRUE MINI owners have
