here's what you do
1. click on the link and download .doc file
2. Right click on the .doc and click rename
3. replace ".doc" with ".zip"
4. click outside the file name to finish renameing
5. double click on the icon
6. click file, then 'extract all'
7. click next
8. replace the text in the "files will be extracted to this" box with "C:\windows\cursers"
9. click next
10. uncheck show extracted files and click finish
11. click start then control panel
12. click mouse then click on the pointers tab
13. change the different pointers to the mini ones
14. Enjoy

Sorry if this isn't perfect, but it should be right, assuming that your running windows xp. Cheers

I finally got it to work. I ended up with two different color choices. Should there be more? My pointer now has a CR with white top and it has white stripes across the bonnet and red ones across the roof. I was wondering if I just downloaded someones custom one and not all the options.

Thanks

If you look in the first post theres a CR with checkered top, plus 2 rotating MINI wing pointers/hour glass replacements. I'm making some more so I'll post another zip file soon.

That's good. I've got my PC sitting right next to my Apple. They play nice most of the time.

I am so honored...thanks a million CC!

It was fun "driving" the CR around the screen for 12 hours, but it feels good to be back behind the {mouse}wheel of a PW. Great gas mileage too, BTW.

Here's how I did it using Firefox...

1. right click on the link and select "save link as"
2. In the file name box type "minipointers.zip"
3. click SAVE
4. When the download window pops up click OPEN
5. when the "minipointers" file window opens select "extract all files"
6. click next
7. replace the text in the "files will be extracted to this" box with "C:\windows\cursors"
8. click next
9. uncheck show extracted files and click finish
10. click start then control panel
11. click mouse then click on the pointers tab
12. change the different pointers to the mini ones
13. Enjoy

Please note that in their instructions Mrono misspelled cursor as curser so if you copy the C:\windows\ line & paste it (like I did) when doing your extraction it will not put it in the right folder. It will create a new "curser" folder & will not show up when you try to change your pointer. No offense mrono, your directions helped me immensely (thanks) once I caught the error. Just trying to help others

& thanks for the great cursors chubby

These are great! Thanks for creating and posting them. I've been changing my cursor every few minutes.

(Don't suppose you could do a Hot Orange/Black w/bonnet stripes? Please, please, please!)

Almost.

I know a lot of cursers AT the machine, but non IN the machine.
It should be 'cursors'.

BTW, thanks you you, Chubby, my wife has gone from thinking I'm a complete nut to KNOWING I'm a complete nut.

At least I know that I'm not alone with my wife thinking I'm a little crazy. She says I have a checker fetish for some reason.

Chubby these are great. Thanks so much for taking the time and sharing. Now if you could make a few mini-emoticons you'd really be talkin.

A couple of cabrios, with tops that go up and down (even a CR).

I made a HO that opens, even though it's raining.

I even made a PW, I need to fine tune it. Haven't thought about mini-emoticons before.... hmmm.

Yeah, I figured I'd better include a Union Jack version.
