Purchasing a New/Used mini

hi im new here and looking to buy a new mini.

anything i should know before selecting which year in a cooper S?

or which year is more superior?

I will always be a 2005-06 fan. I prefer superchargers to turbos. The engine is great, the bugs are all worked out, looks better.
