Skuzzy - appreciate that and congrats on what sounds like a beautiful relationship, mine of 23 years, same thing (well, except the back/neck rub part, she occasionally prefers sleeping in!). Nothing to "get over", just a phrase thing with me I guess, I prefer the more personal and traditional "my"... of course there's "spousal unit" as well, and other (ahem) terms of endearment"!

We both drive the MCS, and we both drove her Cabrio, and neither of us care if someone refers to either as a "chick car"!

Crop out a car, then Frankenstien parts off the other cars to match your car the most. Save it as a gif or png file (that way there's no background), then you're all set!

Or why not just do it in the Union Jack colors since it is the UJ after all

I like the Rosie idea modernized a bit!! I was thinking curves for roads but some symbol that would make it clear that a gal owns the MINI.

Rosie the Riveter holding a Rivet gun as a pistol, leaning on a Mini? Maybe with only the mirror (with a Union Jack or Checkers on it) visible. For a subtle look, go with a GP red mirror...

Hey Girrlz!
I missed the beginning because I've been motoring in the beautiful weather the past two days. But, here I am now - all girl!

I love the idea of road curve arrows in the shape of an hourglass woman! A classic diamond road sign shape. I, of course, would love it to have a black and white checkered edge border. Two clever words, one at each side of the waist line. Any suggestions??

I'm not a big fan of pink.

I'd have to say Outlandish Sexy and Scary

My own favorite saying: Keep 'em Guessing!

I'm good with the NAM guys, but, it's nice to meet you girls too. And, I ALWAYS wave when I see any MINI.

OOOH this is getting good! I love the skull...I just ordered the silver/black skull from ToddsMods, and I can do another one with a bow on it! (maybe I can get a little sticker and put it on top of the skull)

I love Stoopid's shirts, but I am just a little too big of a woman to wear her girlie one, so I got the guy's version, but I love it anyway!

I can't wait to see what all this brain storming comes up with!

I love the idea of a Rosie the Riveter badge. Maybe have her holding a wrench instead of just having a fist

Hmmm,..this is going to be a challenge. Encompassing all that you ladies would like into one patch/tag will prove challenging. I LIKE IT!!

I want a Mini Chick Badge - how fun!!
I agree with the "no pink" theme, it would kinda clash with LY/W

Can't wait to see what you come up with!

She needs a MINI hat tho...
I have always loved this drawing. Very powerful. I would love to have a sticker or a badge of this logo itself.

I like her head scarf and her arm as-is, but think there is definitely room for a MINI wings logo on the button on her collar.

I was never much of a pink girl either, but I have to admit that hot pink does look pretty sharp with AB/W. I think it would look very "art deco" with LY/W, but that's definitely not something everyone will love.

+1

Love the Rosie the Riveter image. Good call Mrs. Scurvy!

The mock-up looks pretty good so far, DVLMINI!

Thanks!...I'm pretty far along and the vector image for Rosie is done.
You just need to decide:
1. Wings on the colllar button?
2. Text? What?

I can offer it in silver metallic and several MINI matching colors.
I like this and will go ahead with it.

definitely no pink...I hate pink.

How about (for text):
"This woman loves curves "or something to that effect. Road curves and body curves.
I'm not big on "chicks" either....I guess it's the old feminist in me. After all chicks are baby chickens, not the dignified but cool women we all are...right? but that's just me....

+1 for the quote! I dig that! Being a curvy woman and all

Would the drawing be alittle clearer? I know what it is, but what about having it in the colors she is in the drawing? That may be cool...or is that copyright infringement?

I'd like the wings on her collar. Maybe "Curves are for Women" ?
Then again, in re-reading it, perhaps the use of the word curves makes one think of the place where women go to work out - the gym Curves. I don't know. Just another thought.

Well, here is a first pass. Comments/suggestions/abuse all welcome.

I cropped a little close to the edges. I figure to do a couple of different styles.

I like it a lot Skuzzy. I would like it even more if the words were... "The road gives us wings" "and we fly" leave out the "WILL" & don't capitalize the "A" in and

my 2¢
