This is most likely a dumb question, but here goes.
I noticed yesterday when test driving the 07 Mini S that the headlights are yellow in color (the halogen type). I actually ordered at Mini of Concord, CA (really nice folks, esp. Jason).
Can I change out the bulbs to brighten up the color to a brighter blue/white?
And, what color/temperature would you recommend? I'm trying to match the Prius (can I say that here?) since the bulb appears to be so much brighter.

My Prius which I recently sold had HID Xenon lamps (an add-on option). They do indeed look quite white.

In another post here it was stated that the Sylvania bulb shown in this link provides a much whiter light than the stock headlamps on the Mini. I'm definitely going to buy a pair.

I switched out my stock headlights to the sylvannia silver star H-13 bubls. Makes quite a bit of difference, still nowhere near the quality you get from the xenon's, but better than the stock lights.
