Wow! Every Saturday and sunday morning starting at about 6am I play GT4 for about 3 hours. This course is a very difficult one. It is amazing how close the game is to the real thing.

Interesting info on the course.

 

My best time running an 881 hp GTR in the GT4 game is 6:13 with a top speed of 218 mph on the long last straight...aided with NO2 for the final straight only. The in-field portion is not part of the game...worth about 1:39

This course in the game is scary similar to the real thing; every dip and turn are the same.

 

6:13! pretty fast.

I found this. 6:55 in an SR8 (only one other car passed on the course- good thing, he was flying )

...requires lots of caffine and wide open eyes. The Nissan GTR LM version does it in 5:59. Purpose built aero cars have a hard time due to the many undulations; these have a very big affect on lift and stability.
