Question for those with wheel stud conversions.

Figured this would be the best place to post because the racers' would know best.

My studs keep backing out even with red thread lock. The allen key design doesn't allow one to "torque" without twisting the key or even grinding the allen head round. Mine are about 2yrs old and I originally used an air-impact to tighten the lugs nuts until recently.

Coming out of winter and changing to the "summer" wheels, I backed about 6 of the 16 studs out because the stud corroded and the nut "welded" itself tight. I called the vender who said the air-impact knocked the anti-corrode coating off (I didn't tell him I used an air impact). So I ordered replacements and haven't used the impact since then.

I decided to rotate the tires for even wear and backed out 3 more studs, two of which were new. I used anti-seize on the orginal studs too and it appeared to have quickened the corroding, so no more anti-seize either.

What am I doing wrong?
Is there a brake hub with a "press-in" stud available? (as opposed to the screw in type)
