I'm in SoCal, Los Angeles area, and I've seen only three other JCW MCS, beside mine.

I'm happy to say that mine was the only JCW R52 -- every other JCW were R53.

 

All well and good, but this thread is in the Factory JCW Talk (2009+) forum and the first post says "factory JCW" specifically...

 

Here in Des Moines, Iowa, our dealer gets JCW's, it seems that they are all Midnight Black with Chili Red roofs, from the dealer pool, or units that are turned in from other dealers thru out the states. He's had about 10 this past year, mostly coupes, but I do know of one clubman. All black and red. Wish that rather wish that I'd have gone with my initial thoughts two years ago in Pepper White with Chili Red roof. Oh well, next time with a coupe.

 

In another thread someone asked for the percentage of Purple MINIs and someone posted a link to a site which breaks down sales by sub model as well as by colour.

For 2012: http://gtcarlot.com/data/Mini/Cooper/2012/ JCW Coupes were 0.9%, Hardtops 0.5%, Roadsters 0.4% and convertible 0.1%. It doesn't admit to any Clubmans. Total: 1.9%, around 1 in 53.

I don't know how authoritative these figures are.

 

I'd have to say that it is suspect. Not only does the JCW Clubman not appear in the percentage chart, but it has also been left off if the photo descriptions at the left. In the engine listing, they only list the Justa and the S. There is no mention of the JCW engine.
