my upper grill trim did arrive damaged so waiting to hear back from sewell on how they want to handle it, but im sure it will be fine

Oh awesome. Well, looks like I might get one too. Been waiting to swap out the chrome for awhile.

So it looks like the Sewell black trim parts fit the 2011+ JCW aero bumpers!

So if I have a 2009 JCW with a factory Aero kit, then I will have to paint my lower grill surround because none of the black options for purchase will fit???

That's what it sounds like. There's a product called PlastiDip (sp) that you can paint on and will peel off if you don't like it. Very popular with trim pieces that people want to black out (surrounds in particular).
