Interior problem/question

So I've had my 2011 JCW ht for a week now. My break in period is now over! But one problem already. Well more of a nuisance. One of the honey comb grills that covers the lower speaker on the passenger side rattles. It's the h&k one, don't know if the grills are different. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and been able to take the grill off and put something between the plastic to stop it. It's just drives me a little crazy hearing it rattle when I'm driving.

Bloody: No noise from mine yet. As a matter of fact, I have been concerned as it is so quiet. No problems anywhere that I have noticed. 387 miles so far.

My M3 rattled... my Z4 rattled and my JCW rattled. I am sure you can do some adjustment to fix it. A lot of parts just snap off. I am not sure about the speaker covers though.

Don't be surprised if you chase down more than one rattle. I have mine pretty dialed in now.

Oh, I'm sure I can live with it. Just sad that I found something wrong with her so soon

Can you just point the rattle out to the dealer and have it fix under warranty?

I could, but not looking forward to going to a Dutch BMW/Mini dealer. Not fond of the language barrier, but most Dutch speak English too. Just don't think an annoying little rattle is worth it. Plus I go back to the states in about a year.

Well, I fixed the rattle by just putting a little bit of cardboard between the door frame and the door panel on the underneath side. No rattle for a few days now
