why dont you just cancel and get your deposit back? There are plenty of open JCW slots available at dealers so why would somebody want your build as opposed to building their own?

 

Because they'll keep my $1000 deposit and i don't believe you can spec your own and get it in October.

 

who did you order through? Did they tell you its a non-refundable deposit? if so, thats really not right. Even if the car is already being built it is not a big deal for them to put it in stock once it gets there and thats if they dont find a buyer before it even gets there. Im an MA at Prestige and we always refund deposits if for whatever reason the customer cant take the car.

 

That's great news! They did tell me it was non-refundable - I thought it was weird given how popular the car is.
