Ok this is pretty good little anecdote for the day.
So today we went to pick up our JCW at WestchesterMINI in White Plains. Since we already sold our R53 we had to get on the train and head north to pick up our amazing new ride at the end of the day but guess what guys.
I left the license plates at home!!! LOL

Oh well, will try again tomorrow.
(The worst part is that the ride looks soooo amazing)
Good night everyone,
D

Ok, finally got the car! Pretty sweet although I am driving like a grandma because it is so smooooth and kind of quiet cabin and brake in period of course. (sans sport mode turned on) This thing sounds pretty serious, I love it.
Ok, I am a Steve Stein guy at Westchester Mini. He is super courteous, love his job and is very dedicated to you as a mini enthusiast. I got to say, it was pretty easy getting the perfect car with Steve's help. Although our ride cost some serious cash for a Mini, we love it. It feels very nice with the leather seats and a full black interior. Makes the ride feel more like a BMW. (Ok don't kill me now but I know what I am talking about here)
So, Ill post images tomorrow as this thread is for pics and I don't want Hellion on my **s for posting text rather than pretty pictures.

You can throw sport mode on. It's great and has no negative effect on break-in. All it does is remap the throttle and tighten the steering ratio. Hell, since it makes the throttle more responsive it's probably even a benefit to break-in as you're more likely to vary engine RPMs.
Looks very nice indeed!

I posted these a few months back. I need to get some more pics, though I haven't added anything to her yet.
Here’s our JCW 09. Sorry for the lighting but I took some quick shots before my guys show up in the studio. This is where our Mini sleeps. The coolest thing is that I can just stare at the car from any vantage point inside the studio.
Hope you guys like it, we sure do!
