kfmuller: That is BEAUTIFUL! Minus the sunroof, that looks like the options i would order.

 

Yeah, I don't even use the sunroof much - but it's there if the mercury ever dips below 100 this summer.

I typically order every option for resale, and so far, I haven't been burned when I sell my used MINIs on EBay.

Very nice DS, the mud flaps seem like a funny add-on, but in your pics it actually looks great!
BTW: Carbon Lounge Leather is very nice but I am wondering if I could spec the seat with a black border rather than white.

...so then here's some more sex'ed-up pics! ...taken during a local Benz owner's get together. One of the cars there was not like the other... I brought it to show it to a buddy, but he didn't end-up showing! I won't post the benz shots at all but w/one.



The camera just loves that CLS in the shot above's reflection seen below.



I didn't realize I had the sunroof open until later, which really detracts from the look of the car. I was lazy & didn't re-shot.

fdavid, I thought there was a pure-black leather option... no?
Also ya, I had thought the mud-flaps would 'toughen-up' the look @ the bottom a bit, and I am very happy with how they look indeed.

I FINALLY got the pictures off my DigCam. This is when she first came home on July 19, more then 2600 miles ago. Since then she's undergone some changes, all cosmetic. She is slowly but surely losing her chrome.




Here is my work in progress. I've blackout all chrome except the door handles. I've mounted the JCW air dam. The door sills are going to go on this weekend. Then comes the rear bodywork and then window tint and finally stripes. Oh, it has about 5 coats of Zaino, and counting. I'm not sure if I liked the blacked out chrome on the tail/head lights but the beauty of it is that I can peel off the paint and start again if I want to . I may go body colored head/tail light trim. I have some paint left over from doing the aero kit.

Thought you were getting the JCW Aero Kit based on your sig image.
Nice though, not too much into coloring the interior but definitely one of the cleanest "white" minis I've seen. Enjoy!

 

It will be they come with the Aero kit in Canada stock. The car just arrived at the dealership yesterday(in fact the pics are not 5 min after it was off of the truck). They still have to put all the dealer installed options like the JCW spoiler which i had all the grey parts painted P/W, body kit and the c/f goodies. I take delivery on Saturday then off to the graphic shop for a stripe then tint.

Wheel will be here in about 2 weeks as well. So I will keep posting progress.

Congrats Hellion! Yeah, it's a little wet around here right now. On the plus side, the water sure beads-up nice with Hydro on it!
