Please post some full size pics. I am considering taking off my bonnet stripes and larger pictures of your car would help to give me a better idea of what it would look like.

Laser Blue JCWs with the Aero kit RULES!!!

OK. Now on to why I added this new picture. My first go round with having the Challenge stripes did not end well. The installer did not line them up properly and the passenger side stripes were put on upside down. He ordered another set and put them on a few weeks ago.

I just had the car washed and took these pictures. The stripes are almost perfect.

My mods are almost done. I will be replacing the stock run flats with Nitto Neogens in the next few weeks. And then... I am done.

I had the Challenge side stripes put on mine. I watched the installer do them. They were tricky, but he did a great job. He also covered them with clearbra. I recommend doing that. It will keep them nice longer, since they are in a place that gets a lot of road splash.

I do like the stripes with the number. I considered getting it that way, but decided to keep it a bit lower key.

RaceTripper, your car looks great as is. I kind of regret getting the # 8 on top of the Challenge Stripes. It does make the car stand out a bit TOO much. But it does make me feel like I am driving a race car.

I like the steering wheel, but I think it looks a little awkward. I wish they had a JCW carbon kit that replaced the part around the controls. I may try to make something up for that, I have some extra carbon fiber laying around in my Bike shop somewhere.

+1
I have that steering wheel with the CF center insert. Looks unfinished without CF for the sides.

If I can figure somthing out with the carbon fiber I have here I'll make a shout out, but I doubt it. The stuff I have has already been epoxied so it's not like I really be able to do something.

I have a friend that makes custom boat stuff with carbon fiber, he might be able to figure it out.

No, it's not. Those don't work with the MFSW (the point of the discussion). It even says so in the description on the page you linked.
