Error from Passenger Airbag turned out to be my dog
FYI, if a passenger seat senses a weight of 20 pounds, it expects that seatbelt to be fastened. My nine pound dog isn't heavy enough for that to be a problem, but occasionally a check alert for the passenger airbag will still come on unless I fasten the seat belt for that seat. Since my dealer charges $225 to investigate a check alert, knowing this may save someone some money (including me.)
