I had a Jetta that had a strange problem a few years back. The VW dealer called and asked me if it’s ok if they drove the car home and it wasn’t far from the dealer and I said yes. My buy back should go through early next week, I did tell the person handling the buy back about and I told her I was pissed that this guy took my car to a grocery store and a bunch of other places. I’m so picky with my cars and I always park it in a safe place. She agreed with me and I told her if they contacted me and asked it would have a different outcome. She did contact the dealer and told them to park it, until this is resolved.

Yes it will be resolved soon, but I won’t have a Mini. I really don’t trust the dealer after what happened. At this point even if they found the problem I wouldn’t take it back. The car has been there just about 6 weeks and I wonder how many other people drove the car.

 

It looks like it sold at an auction the end of January. It had a salvage title and I wonder if the person who bought is on this site?
