Some one stole the antenna from my '17 F57. Instead of just unscrewing it they broke it of destroying the receiving part of the assembly. Mini dealer wants $497.00 to replace it.
Does anyone have an alternative solution? I can't just forget it because water will get down in side it and it will also look dumb not having the antenna.
Brilliant ideas?

assuming you do the work yourself it will be half the price or less.

 

Look up the orem number first, plug that into google search. You may come across a cheap enough replacement out there on ebay.

Thanks again for your help. I found the part for $99 and, with some help, installed it . Less than $125 spent including a pizza for my helper.

 

Good you saved, now invest in a 360 degree dash cam and get pics the next time of the idiot.
