Need help identifying an odd sound

Edit: YouTube link in case of mp3 not working:
https://youtu.be/AmvmpMhdEuA

Attached is a sound of me accelerating in 2nd gear (automatic). Whenever I lift off and start to coast at around 10-20 mph at ~3k rpm, the sound of what appears to be creaking shows up. Can be reliably reproduced by revving to high rpms and letting off, but not when accelerating. Sounds similar to the creaking hull of a large ship. Absolutely no other symptoms. Sound seems to be loudest in the front passenger side footwell.

Car is a 70,000 mile F55 S modified only with a unresonated Remus exhaust.

Any ideas would be appreciated!
