F55/F56 Bike rack for my f56

Bike rack for my f56
So, I purchased an M7 tuning (bumper mounted) hitch almost 6 weeks ago and finally received it today, only to see that it doesn't even come close to fitting my car. I'll be returning it but really need to figure something out soon since I have no other way to get my bike to the trails. Has anyone used the factory Mini bike rack? Seems a bit huge and cumbersome but don't know what other options for a 2 bike system using the threaded holes. I don't want to cut into the rear grill or anything like that. So if you've used that factory rack or have come up with another (maybe fabricated?) solution please chime in. I need to mountain bike.

there's another thread floating around with the rear hatch mount thing, problem is, if you have an S model, the upper straps put a ton of pressure on the spoiler and potentially will rip it off. If your car doesn't have the integrated roof rails that run parallel with the roofline (or your roof is "naked"), you'll need the yakima setup.
Q 128 clips
Q towers
48" round bars
and whichever bike mount (IMO, the Yakima frontloader is the least expensive option with locks where you don't need to remove the wheel).
Good luck, man

Hey Manny,
Check out this bike rack from Hollywood Racks. I have used it on my 2015 MCS with no problems. No pressure on the spoiler. You can carry 2 or 3 bikes depending on which one you purchase. Good luck.

Here’s a thread with some recommendations but there is no one consensus pick.
I picked up a Yakima fullback 3 during the REI anniversary sale but haven’t taken it out of the box yet. I may still return it and go with a mount that threads to the tow hook slots. But I’m still mulling that over since it’s only a one bike solution.
