I was at the dealer a few days ago, and while walking out, I saw a 2018 F56 JCW with Chili Red Mirror Covers, not the ones with the checkered flag as the bottom half.
Completely red, like I bought for my R56.

I can't find a part number for these, I WANT THEM!!!!!

Anybody?

BTW, That 2018 JCW F56 had EVERY OPTION available!

Haven't seen those, are you sure they weren't vinyl wrapped?
You can probably find the cheesy China knock offs, but they wouldn't fit very nicely.

 

It had a Red top to, the configurator has a red top/mirror option for the JCW.

This one had red Viper stripes, that don't show on the configurator, and the stripes had the proper emblem cutout that custom shops don't do.

Meh, Ill take Volcano Orange mirror caps. Looks better with my Moonwalk Grey anyway!!

I have red mirror caps on mine. Because I have a white roof, I had to order them from the dealer.

 

Order from the parts dept, or order as in order with the car?

 

Ordered from the parts department. They had to be painted ... total cost was the same as the JCW Pro or other specialty mirror caps.

The option for the left mirror cover shows Excitement package yes or no.
What does the excitement package have to do with the mirrors?

I have the excitement package, but not power mirrors.

Any body know?

 

Excitement package mirror cover refer to the driver side mirrors that have the LED Logo projector built into the mirror, so it has a small hole cut out for it. This was only included in the excitement package for F60 Countryman, F54 Clubman, and F57 convertible. Don't know why it wasn't included in the f56.

With the LCI, the projectors are now included in F56 with excitement package.

My “logo” projectors are in the door bottoms for 2017.
