I bought this car after it had the front bumper and radiator rebuilt.

My question is regarding the black strip across the center of my front bumper. Is this part of the bumper supposed to be painted to match the body color?

What sensor is "missing" where there is an empty hole, seen on the right side just inside the chrome trim ring? Is this where a PDC parking sensor would go? My car doesn't have that feature (or any of the parking features). Do they make a blank off?
