I agree. Of my three Minis, I'd say the R50 was the most fun and the best driving experience. Sadly, I always had the CVT failure on my mind and the high costs of keeping it on the road forced me to upgrade.

The driver's side visor didn't come on my 2014 Coupe (roof's way different than my R56 which had it). I miss it. I do have the secret compartment though.

Another thing wrong with my new F56 - they replaced the "big car" horn that I had in my 2015 with a little beeper horn that I don't think anybody can hear. I loved that horn. People thought I was a pick-up or Cadillac when I honked. The new one is worse than the one in my wife's Mazda!

Ha! It is a little whimpy, I'll give you that.

I had 2 Hella horns on my Subarus over the years and it sounded like a cruise ship horn. I loved it!! people would actually jump because it scared them

When I got to Panama the first thing I did to my '83 Celica GTS was install a set of air horns. Only way I survived the heavy metal roller derby that passed for driving down there. I'd have a small set in the Mini if they weren't so much trouble..... and if there was room. My Buddy has a set of actual train horns on his motor home. Now that puppy will get yer attention.

How about an air horn made for motorcycle use?

Tried two different ones on my Suburban because of ease of installation. The "good ones" are not cheap either. Neither lasted 6 months.
