If anyone is in the market for a new set of Goodyear or Dunlop tires let me know. As a retiree from Goodyear Tire & Rubber I get discount codes every year. Most years family and friends use my extra ones, but this year I have five codes left for 20% discount.
The tires have to be ordered from goodyear.com. Your order will figure the out the door price. (mounting, balancing, disposal of old tires) The tires will be delivered to the Goodyear Tire Store of your choice. It's not a bad deal, especially if you catch a sale at the same time. You're essentially getting 4 for the piece of 3.
The only catch is... The codes run out at the end of the calendar year. If I have some left next year I'll try to post it earlier. Also, if there is no interest I won't bother. I'm not making anything on this, just hate to let the coupons go to waste. I talked all my family members into getting the Goodyear card. That way if you pay within 6 months it's interest free. Plus they double any rebates your particular tires have on them. I got $140 rebate (Visa debit card) with the last set I bought for the Mini.
