Hey fellow motorers. I stepped back from this thread because interest seemed to have moved on and just about everything about doing car deals has been threshed out in prior posts.
If anyone is craving more content or has specific questions regarding car sales processes or tips and tricks to getting a good deal, let's hear from you.
For those new to this thread, there's a lot of guidance that is still, for the most part, relevant, though some is a bit dated as the years do pass.

What hasn't really changed much is that car sales people are still trained in how to hold gross profit, how to distract customers and deflect questions they don't want to answer, and how to part car buyers from their hard-earned money.

I once asked a wealthy friend to tell me the number one thing that he felt led to his financial success. He said, "I try not to overpay for things." Good advice.
