Has anyone found a good cargo liner / pet bed that fits the back of a 2016 Cooper with the back seats down? I want it to cover the back seats as well as the cargo area with a "loaded flat floor".

You might want to try Auto Anything. I purchased my Kurgo dog hammock from them that worked out pretty well. I use it as a hammock for my F55 in the back seat but can be used as a cargo liner if needed. They have a lot of other brands and prices.
