For those of you who have the universal garage door opener option (option 319), has anyone used the power that enters the rear-view mirror for that purpose to also power a radar detector or dash cam? Most of my other cars where I have done hardwire use the rear-view mirror power, not going all the way down to the fuse box like I have seen done by folks here.

Thoughts?
