Ok, please be gentle here - I've searched around a bit and can't find a thread specifically addressing this. I've done some Google-fu as well and can't seem to find an answer for the F56.

So with that said... is there a way with or without coding to enable sport mode as the default mode for the F56?

The Mini remembers the last radio settings, etc., when I start it. SPORT mode doesn't need to be the default mode - it only needs to be REMEMBERED when I start it.

But I know of no way to set SPORT to be remembered or to be the default. I wouldn't be surprised if there's a DOT or EPA requirement for NORMAL mode starting - thus the dealer wouldn't be able to accomplish this either.

 

Yeah I checked with my MA today just to be sure and he said there's no way to do it. No big deal, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something.
