Read my lips: YOU CAN'T GET BOTH THE SS AND ADJUSTABLE DAMPERS. What you may be able to do is have a stiffer rear sway bar installed aftermarket. That alone is most of what the SS consists of. A 19mm is actually a little thicker than what comes on the SS (18mm I think). That's what I would recommend to those who can't make up their minds. It gets you the handling advantage of the SS, which is reduced understeer, for freeway and twistys, and the advantage of a softer ride for bumpy roads. My RSB was only $300 installed on my 2007 MCS. It was great.

Based on the discussion I had with Mini Durham you are not able to have both options. I had the saleswoman take this up the chain and the answer they provided me was it is not possible to do.
