I don't ever remember getting a survey in the mail. With a crisp $5 bill in it to boot . I expected questions about how I liked the new Mini, what I didn't like, bla bla. Obviously because it's less than a year old they didn't ask about any problems. I'd say 2/3 of it were questions about what newspapers, magazines, TV shows I read/watch, whether I visit websites advertised in them or not, or visit their websites or have their apps and use them (for instance I have the NYT app and do use it most days, and get the newspaper on weekends). The other part asked several questions about why I chose my car (performance, good mileage, big discount/rebate..) how much I paid, and demographics. Nothing about the dealer or how I like it or about any problems. It was now what I expected at all. So I threw it away and put the $5 bill in my wallet (JK)
