I have a 2014 mini Cooper hardtop s and I'm trying to install a boost controller but I cannot find the old one does anybody have any pictures or websites I can go to find the stock boost controller

Anyone know why my boost comes in late (lag till 2900rpm), than spikes (way to high), and then falls off after 4300 from 19 psi down to 11 psi at red line. I've check map and maf sensor reading. They appear to be normal. I'm going to smoke the intake tomorrow but it doesn't really act like a boost Leak. I have 50,000 miles on my car, its a 2019 3door S. Do you guys think are turbos fail with that kind of milage ? I was in the process of custom tuning but my car doesn't log well even on a stock file. Boost and target boost are way off. Mods are jcw pro exhaust (hollowed out the second cat) intake hard pipe, drop in DRY filter, and intercooler piping
