gt, glad it all worked out and they were able to let you drive away a happy customer rather than a POed one. The roses are a very nice touch indeed. I, too, had low expectations going in for delivery but they managed to give me a great deal and some warm fuzzies at the same time. So, for all the boots in the butt I gave them, they deserve a pat on the back at the finish line.
