Can you install a r56 aftermarket **** on the f56? I removed the stock **** and its attached to the leather boot via the plastic adapter. How do you get an aftermarket **** to attach to the adapter to prevent the boot from sliding down the shaft? Thanks

 

The F56 appears to have a post that only accept ***** specifically designed for it. If you want to use aftermarket shift ***** (and there are many...), the Cravenspeed short shifter is probably your best bet. It accepts the stock Mini **** as well as any threaded M12x1.25 ****.
