I think in general, worldwide, 2019/LCI part numbers haven't been entered into ordering databases. [For example, I've been trying to find the new 2019 F54 glove box USB-port parts and I haven't found them, but these cars are already on US lots; the new F54s and F56s have 2 USB ports for 8.8" screens instead of 1.]

I got the part numbers from a German MINI forum.
