I thought there was a thread on this already, but I didn't find it when I looked. So I apologize if there is one already.

Anyway, how many have you guys and gals seen? I've had mine for 5 weeks now and went for about 4 1/2 of those without seeing one. Then a BRG MCS showed up outside my apartment building for 2 days, a black Justa was parked outside as well, and yesterday I saw a Blazing Red justa.

So from nothing for over a month to a few within a couple days. This is in the Hollywood area so I imagine they will be quite popular.

 

None, but that's hardly surprising seeing that I'm 2 hours away from any dealerships.

I'm about 90 minutes from the nearest dealership as well, but drive to that city weekly and see typically a dozen MINI's on the highway during the drive... but any of those I've been close enough to see clearly if they are F56 or other, have been other. Lots of Countrymans!

None, but that's easily explained by where I live (in the least populated county in WV.)

 

haven't seen any...further solidification of my belief that these aren't flying off dealer lots. i love them, just can't pull the trigger until the dealer stops the 'they're selling too fast to discount at all' stuff.

Saw a Cooper in pepper white about a month ago, and other than a dealership car no others. The LED lights make the Gen 3 easy to spot in traffic. Expected to see more by now as we have three dealers within 100km.

 

They've only been out a couple of months... even Camry's don't become common that fast and MINI's are an extremely niche market.

All of the dealers I've dealt with have always had a "no discount" policy, you might be holding off quite a while.

Agreed. Many people are having issues with the 2014. I was actually shocked this weekend when I was at Ralph Schomp MINI (while in Denver visiting friends and trying to find a 2013 I liked). I overheard numerous people talking about the differences and ending up buying CPO's instead of 2014's. Even the MA said the CPO's have been flying out of the lots comparatively (I swear like 3 were sold in the hour and a half I was there - I've never seen a busier MINI dealer!).

The main things I overheard potential customers talking about concerned the looks (primarily the front and rear ends - no surprise!), the ride being "softer" and less handling feel and base stereo look/sound. And they had a lot of 2014's to choose from, so it wasn't like there was limited supply. I don't know if these were MINI repeats or new customers though. However, it definitely confirmed that people are truly split on the redesign even outside this forum.

It made me feel better that I'm not totally crazy for not liking the remodel myself! Of course, it screwed me over as the CPOs I wanted were already gone :(

 

I'm having a hard time imagining my dealer selling cars.

I've seen quite a few R56s on used lots, which makes me think they are being replaced with something.

 

I see r56's and first gen MINIS's in my city all day long. But as far as I know my F56 is the only one in town so far

 

Saw my first- VO with black stripes in center city Philly last night. Nice

 

I sadly have only seen my own car so far. I mean I have seen some at the dealership but I am sure that does not count.

 

I hope not to see to many. The fewer the better. Makes mine more unique haha

No F56s, plenty of previous generations and Countryman, especially on a recent trip to Miami.

 

just 1 TG on the NJ Turnpike...otherwise i'm in Queens, NY and i have yet to see one.

 

I saw a MCS Thunder Gray last week. Same color as the one I'M waiting for. Got me excited. First one spotted aside from the dealerships.

 

I have only seen one on the road, so far. I caught a glimpse of one (Volcanic Orange) driving past my workplace a couple weeks ago. My co-workers thought I had lost it, as I was yelling to them "Look, look! There goes one!". Sometimes I go out of my way to drive past the dealership just to glance at them parked outside.

 

I have not seen any yet. I have seen a lot of R56s and older, though. Just about every day. It's still a new vehicle (only available for just under 2 months). I'm sure very soon I'll see some. My dealer has sold quite a few. They're actually doing quite well, sales wise. Very popular MINI model here.

 

I only saw one white F56 MCS except new F56s from dealer lot (Passed the dealer several times).
I was looking for F56 MC with automatic only but it changed my mind.
As soon as I saw the car from opposite side of road, I realized that LED headlight with halo daylight was unique feature for new mini ^_^
so I decided to add sports package. Probably order new F56 MC within two-three months.
