Morning All! Does anyone know when more Mini Accessories will be available for the 2014 new hardtop? I need a sunshade and trunk liner stat! June in Virginia will be ugly without it. Thanks!

What do you have in mind for a sunshade? I am going to dark tint my pano roof, as I can't see any other alternative.....?

 

I ordered both a windshield sun shade and a dash mat off the internet. I must say I've been disappointed with what Mini doesn't seem to have available for these new cars. Initially I thought "wow - with 'youification' a corporate philosophy" there should be all sorts of stuff available at launch to "make it mine!" So far my money is going elsewhere MINI and not because I won't buy from you.

 

Try Eclipse Sunshades. I have one in my current Honda and love it. Because it is always available I use it way more than a regular one. I think they just added the 2014 option as it wasn't there a few weeks ago

My dealer said that the F56 sun shades were not yet a real part number... and that the previous gen model would not work... dunno how far off it would be...

 

I agree that it is a bit disappointing that MINI F-56 accessories are slim pickings so far. I am still looking for a decent, plush set of floor mats. With a touch of color.

 

This site confused me so much... I spent forever looking for 'Mini' in the list of car manufacturers, couldn't find it, looked through the BMW list and didn't see it... then finally saw 'Cooper' as a choice. They got the make and model mixed up it seems =) Do you have a Cooper Mini, A Cooper Countryman, a Cooper Paceman, or a Cooper Mini Clubman (their choices)? They do look pretty nice though...

 

I just ordered an oem MINI sunshade for a 2013 cooper on ebay for 52 bucks. I'll let you know if fits my F56. If it doesn't fit, my wife will use it in her R56s...

The R56 and R60 MINI Sunshades will not properly fit the F56 - We have been in contact with MINI-USA several times regarding sun shades and they are currently working on a solution.

The catalog will continue to be updated every month, so we would expect additional items shortly!

Well, my new F56 is roasting in the sun so the way I see it, an improperly fitting sunshade is better than no sunshade at all....

 

I'd love to see MINI come out with a dash mat and good fitting seat covers!! Things that will protect my baby... Mirror caps and key fob caps are cool little add ons, but give me accessories I can actually use!

 

So my oem MINI shunshade came today It is the R series that is listed to fit 02-2013 mini coopers. Happy to report it fits well in my F56. Its a bit tight getting it around the rear view mirror, and its slightly not wide enough to seal completely around the sides, but it blocks out better at the top then it does in my wifes 2011 R56s...
