F56 Picture Thread

Don't be bashful, come on in and show off your F56 to the world! Let's see some pictures and specs of your sweet ride. That way the rest of us have some cars to admire while we wait for the boats to bring ours.

Do you recall if that was the Pepper White or the White Silver?

I ordered the White Silver myself but have yet to either see one in person or see a decent photo of one. The configurator didn't show the color very well but I'm partial to silver so I went with it hoping it's not too "white"!

My impression of White Silver is that it will be called White before it is called Silver by the average non MINI owner

That was always my fear!

White always tends to look dirty real fast where Silver sort of fades into a grey, without looking so much like you didn't wash it.

This of course is coming from the guy whose wife refers to him as "An inspiration to **** Retentives everywhere." Escpecially when it comes to clean vehicles.

also guilty of the above...check out my feeler thread for selling my wifes mini for proof...

and yes, it is a very light shade of silver. I'd say closer to white than a traditional silver. I actually want a WHITE white a la BMW's Alpine White but Mini doesn't have a color like that.

White Silver is an interesting color but does tend to look more white than silver. I found this video that features an interview(although it is in Spanish)
with a base and an S F56, both in White Silver shown in a show room and it definitely looks white, but if you look closely at the beginning of the video there is a White Silver sitting in the sun light on a dock and it looks kind of Silver. See the video here

I really love the style of your photos. Mandy looks like one of those model cars I used to build as a kid.

CapriGT, your car is absolutely gorgeous in all black. I wish I had the patience for the upkeep on a black car.

Nice location for a photo shoot. Having lived in that area for a few years, I thought that area looked familiar.

No name yet, but here is the MCS the manfriend got on Saturday. He traded a 2010 R56 Mayfair S for the F56. We both love her! First mod, tinted the windows today. Next up, bonnet stripes or sport stripes. We are looking forward to taking her to the Dragon on Saturday.

Meet "Duke". I know I promised pictures ASAP. It has been raining all day so this are crappy pictures taken with my phone. I promise to get some more outside pictures up soon. It was a blast to drive him home from the dealership tonight!

Picked up my TG/B MCS today. Will post first impressions later, it's a rough workweek, especially when you throw in picking up a new car and saying goodbye to the old one of seven+ years. I have some mixed feelings about the car. I do like it, but it's making me think.

Crappy iPhone photo in a parking garage.
