Champ. Congratulations. One thing Must comment on your beautiful new car is there is one aspect that I would not find acceptable and that is the fit of the rear seat covers. On my R56 my fronts looked like that and they ordered new skins an replaced them but they had to take the seats out 3 times to get them stretched properly.
Let me know how they look in person but in you photos they look pretty bad.

I didn't get a separate Manual for the Nav. The regular owners manual was not very helpful in figuring out how to use the infotainment system. I learned so much more from this forum.

 

No manual either. The owners manual refers to the manual within the radio itself. I'd rather have a manual as its faster to use than the hard drive based manual in the system.

 

If you download the Android app listed in the anyone find the Owners Manual thread I believe it will cover it in there so you can have it remotely. Basically the app is the exact same thing available in your car's connected system and has the info on the Nav and Connected system. (of course this is assuming you have an Android device )
